poor soundproofinglimited amenities

the soundproofing was not great. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms, even just people talking and coughing. it really make it hard to sleep well. also, there wasnt an iron available. i needed to iron my clothes for a meeting and i was dissapoint to learn they didnt offer ironing or laundry services, even for a fee.

The location was convenient to a metro. Friendly personnel was appreciated. The breakfast had a reasonable price, and it had enough variety.

The room was not soundproof, I could hear people next door. I also heard people upstairs. They were dropping phone in the middle of the night.
