superb location pleasant staff poor soundproofing small shampoo

The location was superb. I found myself just a short stroll from the metro and many shops. The staff at the front desk was pleasant (especially when I needed directions!).

The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms, including conversations. The shower had small shampoo bottles.

poor soundproofing limited amenities

the soundproofing was not great. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms, even just people talking and coughing. it really make it hard to sleep well. also, there wasnt an iron available. i needed to iron my clothes for a meeting and i was dissapoint to learn they didnt offer ironing or laundry services, even for a fee.
